How it works
- Sign in as a platform administrator.
- Provision an organization and set its initial administrator.
- Organization administrators configure the team in Console; agents handle conversations in Desk.
Requirements and scope
Platform administration is separate from organization management. Admin does not handle agent conversations or replace channel account applications and authorization.
The modules work together: Admin provisions organizations, Console configures teams and channels, Desk handles conversations, and Server provides shared services. MockPulse is an optional development tool.
